1. Are your cookies freshly baked?

Yes! Every cookie is baked fresh to order. We don’t store or pre-bake anything.

2. Are your cookies eggless?

Yes. All our cookies are 100% eggless.
We bake with premium ingredients to deliver maximum flavor and softness without eggs.

3. How long do the cookies stay fresh?

Our cookies stay fresh for 4–6 days when stored properly.
Keep them in an airtight container after opening for best texture.

4. How do I reheat the cookies?

To bring back the warm, gooey, fresh-from-oven feel:

  • Microwave: Heat for 12–15 seconds
  • Oven / Air Fryer: 2–3 minutes on low heat

Do not overheat — they soften quickly.

5. Do you deliver across India?

Yes! We ship from Hyderabad to all major cities across India.
Shipping timelines vary based on your location.

6. When will my order be shipped?

  • Orders placed before 12 PM usually ship same day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM ship next day.

We bake & ship Monday to Saturday.
(Sundays based on schedule.)

7. How long does delivery take?

8. What if my shipment is delayed?

Once your order is handed to the courier, delivery timelines depend on their network.

We currently accept prepaid orders only via secure online payment.
