At Cravookie, every cookie is baked fresh to order and packed carefully so it reaches you safely and deliciously.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is shipped.
1. Dispatch Time
- Orders placed before 12 PM are usually baked and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM are shipped the next working day.
- We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays (baking still may happen based on schedule).
2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary by location:

These are estimates and may vary due to courier processing speed or festive season rush.

Once shipped, you will receive:

- Shipment updates (SMS / Email / WhatsApp depending on availability)
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout before payment.
5. Courier Delays
Once the order is handed to the courier, delivery time is outside our control.
We will help track and support issues, but refunds are not provided due to courier delays.
6. Damaged / Wrong Order
If your order arrives:
- Wrong, or
- Severely damaged
Please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Photos of packaging & cookies
We will replace or resolve the issue promptly.
